1. Call 1-800-582-6757, weekdays 9 am to 5 pm Eastern Time, and ask a shareholder representative for a personal identification number (PIN) and to set up Automated Clearing House (ACH) privileges, which are necessary to use this service.
2. Click here to go to the Account Access section of our website.
3. Enter your PIN (here you have the option of personalizing your PIN).

 

That's all you need to do to sign up for online account access and start enjoying these services at any time, day or night:

 

·         Make transactions (purchases, redemptions, exchanges, transfers, etc.).

·         Update your shareholder profile.

·         View your shareholder account history.

·         View your shareholder account statements and receive reports by e-mail when you sign up for e-delivery.
