Excise Distribution 2008
The Funds distributed income, short-term, and/or long-term capital gains, as
described below, in connection with the reorganization of the Domini Funds. On
November 28, 2008, the Domini Institutional Social Equity Fund and the series
of the Domini Advisor Trust (which included each of our load funds) were merged
into newly created Institutional shares and Class A shares, respectively, of a
corresponding series of the Domini Social Investment Trust.
These distributions will be taxable to shareholders, in addition to the final
2008 year-end distributions for the Domini Funds.

in the lowest tax bracket. This information will be reported in Box 2c on your
1099-DIV, which will be mailed in late January.
