If you own a non-retirement mutual fund account and/or money market account and received taxable dividend income, interest income or capital gain distributions, or sold shares of a mutual fund. (Read our important tax information brochure [1]). If your account earned less than $10 in dividend or interest you will not receive a 1099. |
