Description/Responsibilities:

We are seeking a bright, energetic, well-organized, team oriented individual with strong follow-up skills and excellent attention to detail that will report directly to our Chief Operating Officer (COO).  The ideal candidate will have the ability to work well under pressure and have excellent communication skills.  The candidate should be collegial and self-motivated and be able to work with and without direct supervision.  A bachelor’s degree is required.  This position is ideal for someone who desires professional growth and upward mobility within our company.  Key responsibilities include:  

General

  • Administrative office support
  • General office maintenance, including ordering supplies and maintaining a neat, professional office condition, including supply room and kitchen
  • Sorting and distributing incoming/outgoing faxes, mail and other packages
  • Welcoming and greeting visitors and handling main line incoming calls
  • Managing senior executives’ schedules, including travel arrangements and written, email and phone communications
  • Assistance with special projects as needed

Shareholder Communications

  • Answer incoming 800 line and assist callers with inquiries related to transactions and products and services
  • Assist shareholders with issues, errors, or transactions 
  • Escalate issues as necessary and establish satisfactory resolution with ongoing follow up and communication with shareholders
  • Maintain productivity and quality to ensure client satisfaction

Compliance:

  • Assisting the Compliance Department with daily, monthly, and quarterly compliance testing 
  • Assisting the Compliance Department with reconciliations for separately managed account client statements
  • Assisting Compliance Officer with logistics and preparation of materials for to the Domini Funds’ Board of Trustees
  • Assisting Compliance Department with oversight and due diligence of Domini and Domini Funds’ service providers
  • Assisting compliance department with performing forensic and procedural testing of compliance policies and procedures
  • Assisting the CCO with ad hoc projects as needed

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelors degree
  • High level computer skills, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Ability to handle complex, sensitive, and confidential material with good judgment and professionalism
  • Strong follow up skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to set and meet deadlines and work with senior management to prioritize tasks when scheduling conflicts arise
  • Excellent communication and writing skills
  • Strong work ethic 
  • A team player who is enthusiastic and confident and willing to do what it takes, consistent with employer expectations.

Job Title: Desktop and Network Administrator, Full-Time
Department: Information Technology

We are currently looking for a new full-time Desktop and Network Administrator to join our team.

Social Investments is a family of socially responsible mutual funds. Domini’s Funds consist of two equity funds organized by geographical region and a domestic fixed-income fund:

Description

General Responsibilities:

The Desktop and Network Administrator will be primarily responsible for the support and development of the physical infrastructure in our small office environment. Some examples of the primary roles the Desktop and Network Administrator will fulfill are:

  • Maintain desktop environments for the company’s employees.
  • New equipment installations and migrations.
  • Networking administration.
  • Assist with employee troubleshooting.
  • Coordinate with IT Manager and Chief Compliance Officer

Technologies Supported:

  • Windows Professional 7 and newer
  • Windows Server 2008 and newer
  • Mac OS X 10.8 and newer
  • DNS / DHCP / Network Print
  • Remote Desktop / Citrix Assistance

Additional Opportunities:

Qualifications:

  • Professional experience required.
  • Bachelor's degree required, preferably in related fields.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States.
  • Must have excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in small teams.
