About the role:
The Institutional Client Relationships Associate is a multi-faceted member of the institutional client relationship and operations team responsible for leading Domini’s institutional outreach and relationship management. The associate will serve as an ambassador for the firm and the Domini brand with institutional investors, advisors and peer firms and work to represent the firm’s work via impact reporting and reporting on fund performance, research, and operations. This work will also include managing requests from Domini’s institutional clients, assisting on tasks related to product development, and working on development of opportunities and strategic partnerships.

These tasks range from micro (i.e. conference bookings, travel arrangements) to macro (champion of new projects and initiatives). What you’ll do:
This position entails assisting on the varies facets of institutional relationship management, including quarterly, annual, and ad hoc requests for information and materials, creation of materials to report on fund performance and impact, responses to opportunities, presentations, and meeting coordination from institutional clients or prospective clients, including financial advisors, due diligence teams, and relationship managers. The position will report to the Institutional Client Relationship Associate and will work with her and the executive team to coordinate on client requests and sales presentations and opportunities but will also work with the research and engagement teams to report on their processes.
- Work in conjunction with the Institutional Sales Associate to ensure client satisfaction through regular calls and meetings.
- Representation of Domini at industry events and conferences, as well as in presentations and meetings with clients.
- Tracking of client relationships via email, meetings and database.
- Elaboration of marketing presentations and quarterly and annual update presentations.
- Work on preparing monthly and quarterly requests for information (“RFIs”) and due diligence questionnaires (“DDQs”) to accurately reflect Domini’s products, services and strengths.
- Responses to request for Proposals (RFP) from prospective clients and other opportunities.
- Work with subject matter experts to develop responses to questions and to create impact reporting materials.
- Being available for ad hoc project and administrative work as needed.

An understanding of institutional investors and financial markets, as well as expertise in ESG issues and a knowledge of the impact investing landscape and marketplace.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Adaptability and willingness to learn new skills and tasks as needed.
Interest in working in a mission-driven environment is a plus.
Education and Experience
Bachelor’s degree required.
Work experience, especially with institutional investors and with the financial services industry preferred, as is demonstrated experience with relationship management.
