Megan Dunphy is General Counsel of Domini Impact Investments and Chief Legal Officer of the Domini Funds. Ms. Dunphy provides legal support and guidance to Domini, its funds, separately managed account program, and broker-dealer in matters relating to securities laws and regulations. She is responsible for fund registration statements as well as providing advice regarding fund governance, distribution, compliance, and new product development.
Prior to joining Domini in 2005, Megan served as counsel for ING (and its predecessors), providing legal support to its mutual fund and variable annuity businesses. Prior to ING, she practiced as an associate with Shearman & Sterling, where she represented asset management and investment company clients. Megan began her career as a staff attorney for the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, Division of Investment Management.
She holds a B.A. in economics from the University of Rochester and a J.D. from The Catholic University of America Columbus School of Law.
