Domini Earns High Scores in PRI 2020 Assessment

Domini Impact Investments is proud to announce its results in this year's Principles for Responsible Investing (PRI) Assessment, an annual review designed to measure how effective signatories are at implementing responsible investment practices. We again received an “A” grade across all categories.

This annual review acts as a benchmark for signatories to compare scores among peers and is essential in PRI’s reporting framework on ESG investing. “Our consistent results in these annual assessments reflect our long-term and ongoing commitment to responsible investing.,” said Carole Laible, CEO of Domini Impact Investments. “As a founding signatory to PRI, we're pleased to see the growth of PRI membership as well as the improvement in the assessment scores of other firms.”

PRI is an independent organization, supported by the United Nations, dedicated to the promotion of responsible investing. With more than 3,100 signatories globally with $110 trillion in assets under management. PRI’s assessment is a resource relied on by investment managers to improve their environmental, social, and governance (ESG) practices.

The information contained in this publication was prepared by Domini Impact Investments LLC based on information available at the time of preparation. This publication provides general information only and should not be relied upon in making an investment decision.

The PRI Reporting Framework uses indicators that are aggregated to produce an overall module score and performance band for each signatory. Each of the assessed modules has a consistent scoring approach. Equal weighting is applied to individual indicators (where indicators include information about different practices, the practices will be assessed separately but will be weighted equally). Only closed-ended indicators are assessed. Since 2015, six standardized performance Bands (A+, A, B, C D and E) are used to communicate signatories’ performance at the module level.
