On June 22, 2020 Ultimus Fund Solutions, LLC became the transfer agent for the Domini Funds.

This change was made to improve both your telephone and online experiences with us. Domini Impact Investments will continue to serve you in its same role as the Funds’ investment adviser.

In connection with this service provider change, First National Bank of Omaha (the Bank) replaced BNY Mellon Investment Servicing Trust Company as the custodian for all Domini IRA and Coverdell Education Savings accounts effective on June 22, 2020. Please note that the Bank annual custodian fee will be $15.

This change of custodian does not require any action on your part and will not cause any disruption in the service to your Account. Please see the new custodial agreement and disclosure statements linked below.

We appreciate that you invest with us and will ensure this transition is seamless and easy for you. For more information please access the new custodian agreement and supplement to the prospectus reflecting this change linked below. In early June, we will update you with further information regarding this change.

Current IRA and ESA Custodial Agreement and Disclosure Statements, effective until 6/19 are available here.

Domini Deposit Account at PNC Bank

As a depositor in the Domini Deposit Account at PNC Bank, you may have used check writing. To provide check writing privileges after June 22, 2020, we will need to obtain a current signature card and issue a new checkbook for account holders planning to access check writing after the transfer agent change. If you do not require check writing for your Deposit Account, no action is required.

If you would like to have check writing for your Deposit Account, please complete the signature card PDF linked below and return it to Domini Impact Investments, P.O. Box 46707, Cincinnati, OH  45246-0707. Upon receipt, we will process your checkbook order and have it mailed to you directly from our checkbook vendor.

You can continue to use your existing checkbooks for checks delivered to Domini through June 19. However, please be sure to discard all existing checkbooks on June 19.
