Chief Operating Officer and Chief Compliance Officer
Maurizio Tallini has been Chief Compliance Officer of Domini Impact Investments and the Domini Funds since 2005. In his capacity as CCO, Mr. Tallini is an active member of senior management and is responsible for developing and administering Domini’s and the Domini Funds’ compliance policies and procedures and overall compliance program. Mr. Tallini was appointed as Domini's Chief Operating Officer in August 2011, where he is responsible for contributing to the implementation of Domini's strategic initiatives. As COO, he is also responsible for overseeing Domini's key operational components including Information Technology, Human Resources, Office Management, and Domini's social and environmental research department.
Before joining Domini, he was venture capital controller at Rho Capital Partners, where he was responsible for the overall accounting and administration of various venture capital and private equity limited partnerships. Prior to that, he was a manager in the investment management group of PricewaterhouseCoopers, where he managed the completion of audits of major mutual fund complexes, private equity funds, and SEC-regulated investment advisors.
Mr. Tallini graduated Summa cum Laude with a B.B.A. in accounting from Hofstra University and is a Certified Public Accountant.
